Can individuals order customized products?

The process sintering needs extremely high temperature, also the heat holding & cooling are exceptionally long in stove.
High temperature kiln firing has many difficult technical details and limitations, and cannot be produced as quickly as low temperature overglaze decals or ink thermal transfer.
Therefore, we cannot accept personal's small quantity order. All products are customized, no stock available for retail.
What is different from ordinary ceramic sintering?

The most common thermal sublimation and thermal transfer in the market just only need 180~200 degree to baking. Therefore, the production times is fast, and productivity is very high.
The overglaze decals is means attaching decal paper of low-to-moderate temperature on ceramic, the pattern will adhesive on over the glaze after sintered with 750~820 degree.
The new process is requiring 1200 degree of temperature and controlling atmosphere of sintering. The fired pattern has been permanently sealed in the glaze layer; therefore, precious images will be preserved forever.
Is the mass production long by the high temperature of sintering?

We will arrange the production in sequenced order of confirmation. The process is very complicated and needs sintering by high temperature, so we need 40 working days. It's recommended to plan ahead according to the exhibition period. We can prepare for you flexibly.
Which paintings or colors are not suitable for make?
​
Each color is composed of different minerals and it has different melting points.
It is difficult to do for that darker color or fresh green, because we cannot avoid specific pigment's volatilization in the process of high temperature sintering with 1200 degrees. We are willing to assess if it's makeable after received your picture, or we can fine-tune to make for you.
